Our three popular chocolates are, as expected, milk, plain and white with cocoa contents of 33%, 58% and 28% respectively.
We also make specialist chocolate such as ruby (the fourth chocolate), high cocoa content varieties (up to 80%) and single estate origin bars from Madagascar, Sao Thomé, Brazil, Java, Ecuador and Arriba. Like fine wines, the taste of cocoa is influenced by growing conditions and soil.
Additionally, we make flavoured bars, using natural oils, such as orange or mint, or ones with toppings such as ginger, chilli, salt or fudge. You can make a selection of different bars to suit your palate.
